Pittsburg Ridge Runners volunteers turnout in full force………….

by | Nov 12, 2017 | Club News, Trail Reports, What We're Talking About

We had over 60 volunteers show up at the club house on Saturday morning to tackle all the downed trees on the snowmobile trail system.

It was a very cold morning in the Burg, with temperatures only in the teens but but Helga, Corinne, Sue and Freeda had hot coffee, cocoa and cookies, muffins, whoopie pies and doughnuts to get the work crews fueled and ready to head out on the trails.

Everyone came well prepared dressed for the cold, wearing some hunter orange (it is deer season) and armed with their chainsaws to get the job done.

And they sure did!

Awesome job everyone!!

Thanks for all your hard work. We couldn’t have done it without you.
