This Saturday, The Pittsburg Ridge Runners Warming Hut is proud to have The Pittsburg Fire/Rescue Department bring the winter rescue rig up to the hut for all to see! They will be giving tours of their equipment and answering questions. The Ridge Runners will donate the proceeds of the food sales for the day to the PFD. They use the donation from us to help buy equipment and supplies. Come on up to The Hut and show these folks how much we appreciate their service in our time of need. Have lunch with us and help to fill the fireman’s boot to show how much we care.
In honor of The PFD, we will be serving Spirit Station Beef Chili, Turkey soup, Hut dogs, fresh baked cookies and candies, raffle tickets, PRR maps hot & cold drinks and lots more. Come for lunch or a snack and make a donation to this great cause!
