Pittsburg NH Trail Report February 2nd, 2016

Pittsburg’s weather has not been great the last couple of days for some of our snowmobile trails. Our trails range from good to poor.

The trails south of First Connecticut Lake have lost snow and now have early season conditions.

Trail 141 from Dorman’s Gas to Young’s Store has been closed until we receive more snow.  Trailering north to Magalloway Road and to Deer Mtn. might be a good option if you want to avoid the snirt or until we receive more snow.

Three of our groomers went out Monday night. One groomer started from the PRR Club House and groomed trails 142, 147, 140, 139 and 112. The other two groomers started from Magalloway Road and they groomed the northern and eastern trails. The northern trails are still OK and hopefully we will get snow on Wednesday.

Let’s keep our fingers and toes crossed for more snow this week.

Please use caution on all of the big lakes.

Please do not snowmobile on  plowed roads. It’s illegal.
