❄️❄️❄️TRAIL REPORT – Plus 2-26-26❄️❄️❄️

STEAK DINNER – What a great turnout! It’s always good to see so many familiar faces gathered in one warm building…especially when most of what we love to do involves freezing temperatures and horsepower.

On behalf of the Pittsburg Ridge Runners Snowmobile Club, thank you for being there! It is more than about a dinner and a raffle — it’s about community, tradition and the trails that bring us all together. Of course, snowmobiling also builds something you can’t measure — friendships. Whether it’s stopping to help someone dig out, sharing trail reports, or telling stories that get slightly more dramatic every time they’re told…this club is about people just as much as it’s about sleds.

Congratulations to Earl Corey, this year’s winner of the Sled Raffle!!!

TRAILS – we received 4” of fresh snow last evening and the trails remain quite spectacular.

One of the Bullies took sick this week and passed it on to two others which created a mechanical challenge as well as a BIG challenge keeping the trails groomed. The Bullies are being treated and expect them all back to work very shortly.

EVENTS – Adirondack XC Snowmobile Racing Series is in town this weekend which will result in some trail closures…see attached map.

WARMING HUT/CLUB HOUSE/STORE – Open Saturday 10-3 serving warm food.

To our LANDOWNERS — thank you. Your generosity makes everything we do possible. We respect your property, and we’re grateful for the trust you place in us each season.

To our SPONSORS and SUPPORTERS — your contributions keep fuel in the groomers, signs on the trails, and our club moving forward. Snowmobiling isn’t just recreation here; it’s part of Pittsburg’s winter economy. When riders come to town, they support local businesses and that positive ripple starts with you.

Have a great weekend and be safe…

Terry
