TRAIL REPORT: 3-5-25
Wow!!! Daylight Savings begins Saturday night and the snow is still falling with over 6” in the last few days.
We are expecting to get rain in the next day and warm temps. Grooming has hit the pause button until this storm goes by. Temps are expected to drop by Friday morning and Groomers will be out early putting the system back together. It would be helpful if you could stay off the trails until the rain stops and temps drop below freezing.
Trails are good to great with an occasional bump and a lot of great riding to be had, so go ride have fun make memories.
The Club is hosting the North Country Mushers this weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) here at the Clubhouse. The the first musher is scheduled to leave at 9 AM each day. They will be leaving the Clubhouse and mushing on Trail 147 and Trail 140 and the southwest side of Cowen Hill. Mushers are back in around noontime. If you encounter a musher please pull over and allow them to safely pass by, do not pass a musher and his dog team.
There is also a Vintage Ride this weekend starting from the parking lot on Back Lake at 9 AM.
The Warming Hut (Clubhouse) will be open from 9-3 on Saturday serving warm food.
