!!!!FIRST CONNECTICUT LAKE PITTSBURG, NH!!!!

THERE IS SOFT SNOW AND DEEP SLUSH ON THE LAKE AND SNOWMOBILES ARE GETTING STUCK.

We are receiving multiple calls for disabled snowmobiles on the lake.

It looks like normal snow cover, however underneath is standing water and slush that is difficult to get out of.

If you must cross First Connecticut Lake, please only do so on the packed trail going across. Due to recent snowfall and high winds this trail can be difficult to follow.
Please share this information with anyone you know riding in this area or that may have plans to cross this lake.
