Hello Snowmobilers,

We have an exciting weekend in Pittsburg. Our Annual Steak Feed & Snowmobile Raffle is this Saturday from 4:30 to 7:30 at the Club House, 17 Dickson Lane or off of Trail 141.
Check out this weekends events and all the upcoming events listed below. For more information click on their links.
TRAIL UPDATE 2/22/2024 Grooming Coordinator – Jason Busfield

“We have several trail closures –
* From the top of Shatney Mtn JCT 318 to the Village is CLOSED.
* Corridor Trail 20 from Indian Stream Road to Beecher Falls, VT is CLOSED.
* Tammy’s field between Young’s Store and Dorman’s Quick Stop gas is CLOSED.

It’s that time of year when certain trails that are on the tender side get closed, especially in low snow winters like we are having. The closures are not permanent they will reopen when conditions improve. Please pay attention to our FB page and website for updates on trail closures.

There’s plenty of great riding. Trails like 9 Mile ,Malvina, primary Trails 141,142, Magalloway 112, 144 Buckhorn/Cedar Stream ,144 145 up over Beaman Hill, Corridor 20 Camp 8 Road, all have good snow cover.
The hub areas are tough due to lack of snow and heavy traffic. Try to stay north in the higher elevations as much as possible.
Be careful for ice in corners. Also, we have lots of kiddos on the trails enjoying their winter school break with their families, so let’s make sure they have a great time out there.

Caution Reminder -There is a pressure ridge on First Connecticut Lake. Please use extreme caution, especially at night.

Go ride! There’s lots of good trails out there. Enjoy the weekend.”

Trail maps are on Sale on the Club Store and at local stores and lodges. Map sales are a very important fund raiser for a club. Please buy your trail map today.

Don’t forget about to buy your Snowmobile Raffle Ticket! There are still some available at the Club House Warming Hut on Saturday – 10 to 3.
