Trail Report – January 17th, 2024

by | Jan 17, 2024 | Club News, Trail Reports, What We're Talking About

“Pittsburg has received 4 to 6 inches of new snow.

Trails to the village are in marginal condition. I plan to get them on the grooming schedule sometime this week before the weekend.

Trails to the North, East, and West are in good to great condition, with an occasional Hazzard. Watch for partially filled water bars.

The field between Dorman’s Gas and Young’s Store may open tomorrow if we get enough snow with today’s storm.

The section of Trail 142 that runs alongside Lake Francis and the section of trail 139 alongside 1st Connecticut Lake are still closed due to high water.

STAY OFF THE LAKE – THIN ICE.

Please pay attention to” No Snowmobiling” signs, we put them up for a good reason.”
