Hello Snowmobilers,
We hope you had a beautiful Labor Day Weekend. It sure was nice having a “Rain Free” weekend for a change.
The 2nd Annual ATV Poker Run held on Saturday had a great turn-out and both the ATV Club and the Ridge Runners raised a good amount of money for their charities.
So far this week it’s been Hot, Hot, Hot, but our foliage is saying winter is on the way.
Snowmobile season will be here before we know it.
It’s been busy at the Club House this summer.
There were several big projects completed this summer, starting with the Club House getting pressure washed, and re-stained, thanks to –
- Jason Rella, Yetti Yard Man – pressure washing.
- Steve & Sue Robinson, Howard Southworth, Cathy Swain – staining
- Ray Daignault – For the use of the Man-Lift during staining and painting.
- Rodney Jenkins – donated new outdoor LED lighting for the outside of the club house and all new LED interior lighting for the Groomer Barn.
The Groomer Barn has been totally overhauled thanks to –
- Terry Swain, Justin Webber, Bill Brouillet – Demo, prepping for paint, organizing, etc.
- Mike Burrill, Burrill Builders – spray painting the interior.
- Jay Gagnon – spent multiple weekends doing the electrical.
Both the Club House and the Groomer Barn look incredible thanks to this hardworking Team of Volunteers.

Work Party
We have a couple Work Party Days scheduled. After this summers heavy rains, there is lots of trail and bridge repair work to be done. Volunteers to meet at the Club House at 8:00 am.

There are a couple of events coming up and we need help.
- Saturday, September 16th at the Vintage Snowmobile Swap Meet – Terry Swain needs help in the cook tent. Please contact Terry – [email protected]
- The Grass Drags- October 6, 7 & 8th. We need help at the booth. If you can spend a few hours helping out let us know. Email Mike Whitney – [email protected]
UP COMING EVENTS
- Thursday, September 14th, Monthly Meeting at 6:30pm PRR club house. There will be a lot to discuss and we hope to have a good crowd attend.
- Saturday, September 16th, Great North Woods Vintage Snowmobile Show & Swap Meet at Murphy Dam.
- NHSA’s Grass Drags October, 6, 7 & 8th. We will have a booth at this event selling our new clothing and snowmobile raffle tickets. We will need volunteers to help out at our booth. Please email Mike Whitney if you can give us a hand. [email protected]
- Saturday, October 7th – Bake Sale to benefit Camp Sno-Mo at Young’s Store. Corinne Howland is organizing this fund raiser and is looking for baked goods, and other food donations. Last year’s bake sale was a huge success. You can contact Corinne at: [email protected]
- Saturday, October 7th – Work Party – Volunteers meet at the Club House at 8:00am.
- Thursday, October 12th – Monthly Meeting, 6:30pm at the Club House.
- Saturday, October 21st – Work Party – Volunteers meet at the Club House at 8:00 am.
- Thursday, November 9th – Monthly Meeting, 6:30pm, Club House
- Saturday, November 25th – The Annual Christmas Craft Fair at the Club House. This is another fund raiser for Camp Sno-Mo.
