I was going through our photo library and interestingly enough ran across this one.
Wearing face masks last winter???? Did they know something the rest of us didn’t? Hmm….
The Farmer’s Almanac is predicting a cold winter with lots of snow in the Northeast. Let’s hope they are right.
We hope you’ve had a great summer and are enjoying the fall season. Our foliage is well underway in Pittsburg and is just about peak. It’s beautiful here today.
September Meeting –
We had our first monthly meeting on Thursday, September 10th.
There are quite a few unanswered questions at this time on how we will conduct our annual events such as the Turkey Dinner and the Steak Feed.
We are also waiting to hear from the State about the use of the Warming Hut at Deer Mountain Campground.
We have decided to not do the usual Christmas Craft Fair because social distancing would be impossible in the club house.

There will be a Bake Sale and a Raffle with some great prizes. Details below.

Raffle Tickets can be purchased at Ramblewood Cabins, Green Acres Country Store and Tall Timber Lodge.
At the meeting one of our members asked if there are any Work Parties planned this fall.
Curt has scheduled a Trail Work Day for October 24th.

- Saturday, October 10th- Bake Sale at Young’s Store to benefit Camp Sno-Mo.
- Saturday, October 24th – Trail Work Day, meet at the Club House at 8:30 am
- Thursday, November 12th – Monthly Meeting, 7:30
