Trail Report for March 10th, 2016

by | Mar 11, 2016 | Trail Reports, What We're Talking About

Pittsburg has experienced a big warm up and a big melt down on our trails the last few days.  Grooming has been suspended and the trails are considered not suitable for riding due to icy conditions and no grooming. Trails remain open except Trail 141 from Dorman’s Gas to Young’s Store. Trails south of Second CT Lake are very icy, have water bars and bare areas. Trails north of Second CT Lake have ice and lack snow.
If you do want to ride, trailering north to Magalloway Road or to the East Inlet area is a must.
Riders must use caution and watch for water bars and icy corners. There were many accidents last weekend.
Please use caution and slow down.
